As of October 2026, the guide has 57 hardware stores across 26 suburbs, most of them in Pialba, Maryborough and Bundaberg Central. Of those, 34 have a website we check every day. The other 23 come from public records, with a phone number where one is published. A QBCC licence number verified against the Queensland register sits on four of them. Prices are published on their own site by one of them.
As of October 2026 the Wide Bay Business Guide lists 57 hardware stores across 26 suburbs, from Hervey Bay and Maryborough to Bundaberg and Childers.
Pialba, Maryborough and Bundaberg Central have the most listed hardware stores. Every suburb with at least one is on this page.
A Queensland Building and Construction Commission licence number, matched against the public register, sits on 4 of the 57. The number appears on those listings.
Every day the guide checks each business it lists. A business comes off the guide only when there is clear sign it has closed, seen on two checks at least 7 days apart. A slow or briefly down website never removes it. Of the 57, 34 have a website that is checked daily.
Prices are published on their own website by 1 of them, marked Prices online on this page.
Listing is free and takes about two minutes at https://widebaybusinessguide.com.au/add/ with no account. If your business is already here, open its page and click This is my business to claim it; claimed listings appear first in search.
